Yes, this is another school assignment related topic. I just thought it was great for everyone to get into. What you can do is select a cancer and you can answer a few questions to determine your risk for that cancer. It lays out what factors in your life increases it and decreases it. Oh and not just for cancer....also for diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis and stroke. A must share. Knowledge is power.
Everyone I know is at risk for some type of disease. You can go through life wondering if what you did or did not do was a tribute to your health. Taking birth control can help with osteoporosis, yet increase your risk of stroke and blood clots. Not to mention CA of the breast. Knowledge is Power your right. using that knowledge is when the power part kicks in. Good info. I need all my Kids to read the part on Diabetes. It is a genetic process too
