SO.....it's been FOUR DAYS since I last ran....the idea of that made me feel like crap....So today I checked out the fitness center Dixie State College has to offer. Then decided to go for it and put on my new running shoes and got on a treadmill. By the way, they have some awesome treadmills hehe =>
SO did 40min with a total of 2.48miles going at 3.0 walk and 5.0-5.5 run....did about 2min of walking than 3min of running. Felt pretty good.
Now to just find a way to keep this up with my crazy schedule!!
